  • Proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional introduciendo los pedidos de forma precisa y eficaz en el sistema Salesforce

  • Mantener registros de clientes precisos y actualizados en el sistema.
  • Ayudar a desarrollar y aplicar políticas y procedimientos de atención al cliente para mejorar la satisfacción general de los clientes
  • Participar en programas de formación y desarrollo continuos para mantenerse al día en el conocimiento de los productos y las mejores prácticas de atención al cliente
  • Identificar y recomendar mejoras en los procesos para agilizar las operaciones de atención al cliente y aumentar la eficiencia
  • Asistir en la gestión y resolución de discrepancias en los pedidos, devoluciones y reembolsos de acuerdo con las políticas de la empresa
  • Contribuir al desarrollo de recursos de preguntas frecuentes y artículos de la base de conocimientos para apoyar las iniciativas de autoservicio de los clientes
  • Mantener un alto nivel de profesionalidad y cumplir las normas y políticas de la empresa en todo momento
  • Requisitos

    Tecnico o tecnologo en áreas administrativas, servicio al cliente o áreas comerciales.

    1 año de experiencia en cargos de servicio al cliente o comerciales.
