Analista de Desarrollo, Capacitación y Performance
para trabajar en las iniciativas para las distintas filiales de LATAM.


Principales Responsabilidades:

Desarrollar y aplicar capacitaciones orientadas a las necesidades de desarrollo de los colaboradores, garantizando alineación con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.

Crear e implementar rutas de aprendizaje en las plataformas corporativas, asegurando que los contenidos estén actualizados y accesibles.

Supervisar y gestionar programas de desarrollo y certificación, monitoreando el progreso y la eficacia de las iniciativas.

Realizar la gestión de contenidos de capacitación, incluyendo la creación de materiales y la curaduría de recursos externos.

Analizar indicadores de desempeño y resultados de las capacitaciones, utilizando datos para proponer mejoras y ajustes en las estrategias de desarrollo.

Colaborar con el equipo de Cultura para garantizar que las acciones de capacitación reflejen los valores y comportamientos deseados por la organización.

Trabajar en conjunto con proveedores externos para asegurar la calidad y relevancia de las capacitaciones ofrecidas.

Contribuir a proyectos e iniciativas del sector, promoviendo una cultura de aprendizaje continuo y el compromiso de los colaboradores.


Lo que esperamos de ti:

  • Formación superior completa en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Administración o áreas afines.

  • Conocimiento en Capacitación y Desarrollo o en funciones relacionadas con el desarrollo de personas.

  • Conocimiento en metodologías de enseñanza y herramientas de evaluación de desempeño.

  • Familiaridad con la gestión de Planes de Desarrollo Individual (PDI).

  • Habilidad en el análisis de datos y métricas para evaluar la eficacia de los programas de capacitación y fundamentar decisiones estratégicas.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, con capacidad para involucrar y motivar equipos.
