que aporte orden, claridad y excelencia en el manejo de nuestros procesos administrativos y financieros.

Tu rol será clave: garantizar que cada producto y servicio esté respaldado por un control impecable de ingresos, gastos, reportes y comisiones, impulsando la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Rol y propósito

Como
Analista Administrativo y Financiero de Producto
, serás el eje que conecta la operación administrativa con la estrategia de negocio.

Tu propósito es mantener un control preciso de la información financiera, apoyar la gestión de cartera y la generación de informes y métricas requeridas para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

En pocas palabras: serás la brújula administrativa que garantiza que nada se salga de control.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Control y registro de ingresos y gastos por producto.

  • Generación de informes periódicos (financieros y de gestión).

  • Recuperación de cartera y gestión de pagos pendientes.

  • Control de comisiones del equipo comercial.

  • Conciliaciones bancarias y verificación de movimientos (para control de pagos de estudiantes)
  • Trabajar de la mano con el equipo contable.

  • Apoyo en procesos administrativos (facturación, devoluciones, cancelaciones).

  • Detección de errores o inconsistencias en la información y propuesta de mejoras.

Requisitos del Rol

  • Técnico o estudiante en Administración, Contabilidad, Finanzas, o afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en áreas administrativas o contables.

  • Experiencia en registro y control de pagos, conciliaciones bancarias y generación de reportes.

  • Experiencia en recuperaciones de cartera (plus)
  • Manejo intermedio de Excel y Google Sheets.

  • Manejo de correo electrónico y herramientas de gestión.

  • Pensamiento analítico y atención al detalle.

  • Proactividad, actitud de entrega y trabajo en equipo.

  • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
