Job description

Empresa que administra activos inmobiliarios específicamente de centros comerciales se encuentra en búsqueda de Analista administrativo y financiero - con un enfoque en elaboración de presupuestos.

Educación: Profesional en Administración, Economía, Ingeniería industrial, Contaduría o afines

2 años certificados Desempeñando cargos afines al control Presupuestal y Administrativo para empresas de

cualquier sector

Importante: Excelente manejo de Excel y Power BI.

Horario: Lunes a viernes de 8:00am - 6:00pm

Salario: $ prestaciones de ley contrato a termino INDEFINIDO.

Funciones:

Elaboración anual del presupuesto consolidado del Centro Comercial asignado, de acuerdo con las directrices dada por el Líder de área.

Revisión mensual de la ejecución presupuestal consolidada del Centro Comercial asignado y propuestas de mejora.

Proponer las acciones y medidas necesarias para evitar sobre ejecuciones en los rubros administrativos al Líder del área.

Realización de adictivas y deductivas automáticas en el sistema Enkontrol, hasta el monto autorizado.

Coordinar con la Auxiliar Administrativa la elaboración de requisiciones en el sistema manejado por la compañía

Autorizar órdenes de compra del área.

Diligenciar la información necesaria para la renovación anual del plan de seguros del Centro Comercial asignado

Garantizar los recursos de papelería, mantenimiento, cafetería y aseo para el personal que labora en la administración del Centro Comercial.

Gestionar con el área encargada, los recursos tecnológicos necesario para el trabajo en la oficina de administración, incluyendo las salas de reuniones.

Gestionar con la empresa de aseo asignada, el mantenimiento de las instalaciones físicas de la administración.

Llevar el control adecuado de muebles y enseres de la administración.

Llevar el control adecuado de las llaves de la administración

Revisar y controlar el manejo de la caja menor asignada a la administración.

Coordinar la logística y todo servicio de apoyo relacionado con la elaboración de la Asamblea anual de copropietarios.
