Responsibilities
- Own and grow a multi-million dollar Amazon category, driving sales, profits, and product expansions.
- Scale portfolios and optimize performance using data-driven insights, pricing, and promotions.
- Revive legacy products to maintain profitability and relevance; pitch new product expansions backed by market intelligence.
- Manage inventory to meet demand, minimize costs, and maintain lean operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Supply Chain, Sales Operations) to align on goals and execution.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to keep the category humming.
Your Playbook
- Turn your category into a profit-driving operation through smart sales, pricing, and advertising strategies.
- Optimize performance by analyzing data, adjusting positioning, pricing, and promotions with precision.

- Increase category net profit year over year.

- Build a multi-million dollar new product revenue pipeline for 2026.

Qualifications
- 5+ years as an Amazon category owner with a track record of sales and profit growth.
- Experience as a brand owner or e-commerce professional with successful portfolio management.
- Expertise with Seller Central, PPC, keyword ranking, and competitive analysis.
- Data-driven with ability to translate numbers into actionable strategies.
- Strong inventory forecasting, cost control, and lean operations mindset.
- Collaborative, coachable, and eager to learn Hadley Designs’ playbook and execute at scale.
