Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of their AI projects.
Establish trust and rapport with stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored AI solutions that align with business objectives.
Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑driven projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Manage the project timeline, scope, and resources while maintaining regular communication with clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and work with the AI and engineering teams to design and implement solutions using n8n for automation, LLMs for language processing, and Python for backend development.
Leverage your knowledge of Machine Learning to guide clients in optimizing their AI systems and strategies.
Provide strategic advice to clients on AI‑related solutions and help them optimize existing systems using advanced technologies.
Identify opportunities to scale AI initiatives, implement new features, and drive improvements in AI models and automation processes.
Work closely with internal technical teams (AI engineers, data scientists, ML specialists) to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client expectations.
Communicate client requirements effectively and manage expectations throughout the development process.
Track and report on the performance of deployed AI solutions, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Analyze data and client feedback to continuously improve AI strategies and deliver long‑term value.
Provide ongoing support to clients post‑deployment, including training and troubleshooting.
Help clients understand the value and impact of the AI solutions provided, ensuring they are empowered to leverage these technologies effectively.
