¡Esta es tu oportunidad! En TP, estamos en búsqueda de Agentes de Call Center de Servicio al Cliente comprometidos y con ganas de crecer profesionalmente.

Esta es una línea de darle respuesta a las solicitudes de los clientes de un importante compañía de movilidad.

Salario OPS $1'423.500/Mo + Bonificaciones según rendimiento

Intensidad Horaria : 42 Horas por Semana

Entrenamiento PAGO: Ingresas Contratado/a



Horario de Operación: FRANJA



06:00 AM a 03:00 PM

06:00 AM a 03:30 PM

08:00 AM a 05:30 PM

10:00 AM a 07:00 PM

10:00 AM a 07:30 PM

01:30 PM a 11:00 PM

Experiencia preferiblemente en call center o atención telefónica.

Excelentes habilidades verbales y escritas.

Orientación al cliente empatía, paciencia y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera eficiente.

Familiaridad con herramientas de Office y sistemas de gestión de clientes.

¿Qué Harás en Tu Día a Día?



Responder llamadas, asistiendo a los clientes con sus consultas y problemas.

Proporcionar soluciones rápidas y efectivas a las consultas y problemas de los clientes.

Mantener registros detallados de todas las interacciones con clientes en el sistema CRM.

Asegurarse de que todas las consultas y problemas se resuelvan de manera oportuna y satisfactoria.

Recoger y comunicar feedback de los clientes para mejorar nuestros servicios.
