Job description

Bilingual Customer Service Agent – U.S. Banking Account

Bogotá (Conecta Business Center) | On-site | Full-time | Permanent contract

English Level: B2 required

What You'll Do

Support U.S. customers with banking inquiries: accounts, credit cards, transactions, fees, and suspicious activity.

You'll communicate clearly in English and ensure secure, high-quality service.

– confident using financial terms

No experience needed – we provide full training

Availability for
rotating shifts
(42 hrs/week, 5x2)

Base salary:
$2,315,000 COP
