Job description

Empresa Líder en el Sector tiene el placer de anunciar una oportunidad emocionante para un Agente Bilingüe de Call Center en Santiago de Cali.

Buscamos un candidato altamente motivado y talentoso que esté listo para unirse a nuestro equipo en expansión.



Requisitos:



Nivel mínimo de B1 + y B2 en inglés

Al menos 3 meses de experiencia previa en un entorno de servicio al cliente.

Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario presencial.



Responsabilidades:



Atender y gestionar llamadas de clientes en inglés

Proporcionar información precisa y oportuna sobre nuestros productos y servicios.

Resolver problemas de los clientes y ofrecer soluciones satisfactorias.

Documentar todas las interacciones con los clientes de manera precisa y oportuna.



Ofrecemos:



Salario de $1.800.000, segundo mes $1.900.000 + auxilio de transporte + recargos nocturnos y dominicales + auxilio de movilidad

Turnos rotativos Mañana, tarde, noche-madrugada

Contrato fijo a 3 meses y luego a indefinido
