Descripción del rol

Buscamos un
Customer Service Representative (Welcome Calls).
El rol tiene como principal objetivo
realizar llamadas de bienvenida a nuevos clientes
, validar información básica y canalizar los casos al departamento correspondiente, garantizando una experiencia positiva y profesional.

Horario:
Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.

Tipo de contrato:
Término indefinido.

Modalidad: Trabajo Remoto

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Realizar
    llamadas de bienvenida
    a nuevos clientes conforme al proceso establecido.

  • Validar y actualizar información de contacto y datos relevantes del cliente.

  • Brindar orientación sobre los pasos siguientes dentro del proceso de servicio.

  • Registrar información de manera precisa en los sistemas internos.

  • Escalar casos o solicitudes especiales al área correspondiente.

  • Mantener una comunicación clara, empática y profesional en todo momento.


Perfil ideal que buscamos

Experiencia:
Al menos
1 año de experiencia en atención al cliente o contact center en inglés

Idiomas: Inglés avanzado (C1)
– requisito indispensable, ya que todas las llamadas y comunicaciones serán en inglés.


Todas las entrevistas se realizarán en inglés sin excepción.

En caso de no contar con
MÍNIMO
nivel de inglés Avanzado (B2+), por favor abstenerse de aplicar.
