Agente De Servicio Al Cliente Bilingue Job Opening In Valle de Aburrá – Now Hiring Admin Ops

Asistente Servicio al Cliente Bilingue

Buscamos una persona amable, profesional y orientada a la solución para unirse a nuestro equipo como Representante de Servicio al Cliente.

En este rol, serás el primer punto de contacto con nuestros clientes, brindando asistencia, resolviendo consultas y garantizando una experiencia positiva en cada interacción.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar llamadas salientes a prospectos generados por campañas de marketing u otras fuentes.

  • Calificar leads de acuerdo a los criterios definidos (interés, necesidad, presupuesto, autoridad de decisión, etc.).

  • Transferir llamadas en vivo al equipo de ventas cuando el prospecto está listo para avanzar en el proceso.

  • Agendar citas para el equipo de ventas cuando la transferencia en vivo no sea posible o conveniente.

  • Registrar toda la información relevante de los leads en el sistema CRM de manera precisa y oportuna.

  • Dar seguimiento básico a leads que aún no están listos para avanzar, asegurando una correcta maduración del prospecto.

  • Colaborar con el equipo de marketing y ventas para mejorar continuamente los criterios de calificación y los scripts de llamada.

Requerimientos

  • Nivel de inglés B2 para comunicación efectiva.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.

  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.

  • Horario Lunes a Viernes de 7am a 5pm.

  • Presencial en Medellín.

  • Contrato a término indefinido.
