ACERCA DE ESTA OPORTUNIDAD:

Atender y dar soporte a nuestros clientes desde el área de Customer Care para el proceso de Closures (cierre de cuentas) , ejecutando las tareas diarias que implican la atención y soporte al cliente de acuerdo a las estrategias y estándares globales,globales entregando una extraordinaria experiencia de servicio.
RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Gestionar las respuestas a clientes internos y externos, en tiempo y forma, a través de la administración eficiente de casos generados a través de la plataforma CRM Service Cloud de la suite Sales Force y las que están definidas para continuidad y atención de servicios.
  • Proveer servicio y soporte en la resolución de casos de cierre de cuentas,.

    para garantizar su resolución y dar continuidad a un servicio de excelencia.
  • Priorizar los reclamos e incidencias reportadas por clientes, actuando con sentido de urgencia, y manteniendo la trazabilidad de principio a fin.
  • Capacitar, entrenar y orientar a clientes en forma remota, en la interacción del servicio de Iron Mountain, propiciando la generación de altos niveles de experiencia en el servicio , que permitan apoyar en forma eficiente y efectiva nuestros sus procesos de negocio.
  • Coordinar y establecer una eficiente interacción con las distintas áreas de operaciones y de negocio de la compañía, que permitan mantener un trabajo colaborativo,colaborativo impactando en la excelencia de experiencia de servicio a nuestros clientes.
  • Promover las nuevas tecnologías que defina la compañía, aprovechando las instancias recurrentes de contacto con cliente.
  • CUALIFICACIONES

  • Bachiller académico
  • Inglés avanzado a nivel de conversación, lectura y escritura, indispensable.

    (B2+ en adelante)
  • Experiencia de mínimo 1 año en áreas de Servicio o Atención al cliente y/o Call center.
  • Deseable formación relacionada con manejo, mejora y gestión de procesos.
  • Alta capacidad de análisis
  • Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas y excelente redacción
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Capaz de trabajar en entornos cambiantes, desafiantes y bajo presión
  • Centrado en la voz y experiencia de viaje del cliente y su experiencia en viaje (customer journey) con la compañía, de manera que se cumpla la promesa de valor.
  • Apasionado por el servicio, con un interés genuino por comprender e identificar las necesidades del cliente y buscar su satisfacción de manera efectiva.
