Agente de Call Center Español en Medellín:


 


Únete a nuestro equipo como Agente de Call Center en Español en Medellín, una oportunidad única para formar parte de un entorno dinámico y en crecimiento.

Buscamos personas apasionadas por el servicio al cliente que deseen hacer la diferencia atendiendo a nuestros clientes LATAM desde la primera línea de soporte.

En este rol, serás responsable de brindar atención al cliente, guiando el proceso de pago en transacciones comerciales, manejando disputas y reclamaciones, así como asegurando la seguridad de las cuentas.

Con un salario competitivo y un horario flexible dentro de un turno de 12 horas, esta posición es ideal para quienes buscan estabilidad laboral en una ubicación conveniente.


 


Responsabilidades:


Manejar interacciones por voz chat email y web.


Atender principalmente chats con un 40% del volumen total.


Realizar llamadas telefónicas cuando sea necesario (40%).


Gestionar emails y formularios web (20%).


Asistir y guiar a los clientes sobre la plataforma web y operaciones generales.


Proveer soporte a los clientes hispanohablantes.


Requerimientos:


Experiencia previa en atención al cliente o call center.


Conocimientos básicos de informática (uso de computador herramientas básicas de Microsoft y SharePoint).


Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% presencialmente en Medellín.

Bachillerato completo
