Job description

¡Estamos buscando Agentes de Call Center Bilingües (inglés C1+) para unirse a nuestro equipo en modalidad híbrida desde Bogotá! Ofrecemos contrato indefinido, horario de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. y sábados de 7:00 a.m. a 12:00 p.m., con calendario festivo de EE.

UU.

Las funciones incluyen atención de llamadas, soporte al cliente, registro de información y cumplimiento de indicadores.

Requerimos un nivel de inglés mínimo C1, buenas habilidades comunicativas, manejo básico de herramientas tecnológicas y, preferiblemente, experiencia en call center.
