Lunes a Sábado| Modalidad híbrida

Directo con Autogermana

Objetivo Del Cargo
Ser el enlace entre la compañía y nuestros clientes actuales y potenciales, resolviendo eficientemente consultas, quejas y solicitudes, y garantizando una experiencia de servicio excepcional.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Asesorar a clientes vía telefónica sobre productos, precios y disponibilidad.

  • Recibir, atender y gestionar llamadas entrantes y salientes.

  • Trasladar llamadas a las sedes o áreas correspondientes.

  • Realizar seguimiento a entregas y envíos a otras ciudades.

  • Ejecutar campañas, encuestas y recordatorios.

  • Actualizar datos en sistemas internos.

  • Realizar seguimiento a llamadas entregadas a sedes para verificar gestión de ventas.

  • Cumplir con procesos, procedimientos e instructivos del área.

  • Participar activamente en actividades de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST).

Perfil Requerido

  • Formación técnica, tecnológica o profesional en áreas administrativas, comerciales o afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en servicio al cliente, preferiblemente en sectores automotrices, industriales o administrativos.
