¿Cuál será tu misión en Aprende Institute?

  • Realizar llamadas salientes (cold calling) con enfoque consultivo.

  • Comprender profundamente nuestros programas y comunicar su valor de manera efectiva.

  • Gestionar el cierre de ventas de forma empática, estratégica y con visión de resultados.

  • Mantener actualizado el CRM con cada interacción.

  • Superar metas individuales y colaborar con tu equipo para lograr objetivos globales.

¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito en este rol?

  1. Ser bachiller graduado.

  2. Experiencia en call center 12 meses en ventas intangibles (preferiblemente).

  3. ️Habilidades en negociación, persuasión y cierre de ventas.

  4. Actitud comercial y enfoque en cumplimiento de metas.

  5. Contar con computador diadema y conexión estable a internet.
