Salario: $ 2.850.000 | Publicado: 2025/08/11 Localización: Colombia Atlantico Barranquilla Jornada: NORMAL LEY 2101 2024 Tipo de experiencia : SIN EXPERIENCIA Funciones: • Seguimiento continuo del estado de autorización de las órdenes de trámite
• Contacto telefónico con pacientes para atender sus solicitudes de trámites
• Atender correos electrónicos con referencia al estado de trámites o seguimientos de los
mismos
• Programación, reprogramación, cancelación de trámites y citas de seguimiento de
dichos trámites
• Atender llamadas de pacientes cuando sea requerido
• Proporcionar información y asistencia sobre las responsabilidades financieras de los
procedimientos a los pacientes
• Construir una relación de confianza con los pacientes siendo empático
• Ser proactivo para evitar enfrentar posibles preocupaciones futuras
• Buscar la oportunidad de ir más
allá
•Cualquier otra función de apoyo requerida por su jefe inmediato según la necesidad de la

Como Agente Call Center Bilingüe, tus responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Seguimiento continuo del estado de autorización de las órdenes de trámite.
  • Contacto telefónico con pacientes para atender sus solicitudes de trámites.
  • Atención de correos electrónicos relacionados con el estado de trámites o seguimientos.
  • Programación, reprogramación y cancelación de trámites y citas de seguimiento.
  • Atención de llamadas de pacientes cuando sea requerido.
  • Proporcionar información y asistencia sobre las responsabilidades financieras de los procedimientos a los pacientes.
  • Construir una relación de confianza con los pacientes siendo empático.
  • Ser proactivo para evitar posibles preocupaciones futuras.
  • Buscar la oportunidad de ir más allá en el servicio al cliente.
  • Realizar cualquier otra función de apoyo requerida por su jefe inmediato según la necesidad de la operación.
