Agente Bilingüe de Servicio al Cliente – Barranquilla (Presencial)
Job Summary
OTD Américas seeks a bilingual customer service agent to handle telephone campaigns for banks, loan portfolios, and vehicle recovery.
The role is 100% in‑person at our Barranquilla office.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer service campaigns.
- Provide support for banking, loan, and vehicle recovery programs.
- Adhere to quality metrics and call center standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- English level B2+ or superior.
- Resident of Barranquilla.
- Valid physical identification document.
- At least 3 months experience in a call center is a plus.
Benefits and Compensation
- Base salary: $2,850,000 COP + commissions.
- Bi‑weekly payments via Bancolombia or Davivienda.
- Indefinite contract, 42 hours per week.
- Workweek: Monday–Friday, weekends off.
Schedule and Training
- Training: 5 days, Monday–Thursday 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., weekends off.
- Nesting: 5 days, Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., weekends off.
- Operations: Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., weekends off.
Location
Place of work: Calle 77 # 59‑35, Barranquilla.

- Seniority bonuses: $350,000 COP after 1.5 months, $1,000,000 COP after 1, 2, and 3 years.
