Importante emprsa del sector de telecomunicaciones requiere para su operacion auxiliares de call center con experiencia minimo de 6 meses certificables, personas que se encuentren disponible contratacion en menos de 8 dias
REQUISITOS
- Bachiller academico completado, se valora si tiene algun nivel tecnico
- Experiencia certificable de minimo 6 meses (demostrar la experiencia)
- Tener manejo basico de paquete office, principelmente EXCEL (formulas, tablas, diagramas)
- Se valora que tenga trasporte pero no es obligatorio (Zona de trabajo: Centro logistico del eje cafetero, via al pollo Dosquebradas)
- No tener comparendos mayores a 1.200.000
- No ser estudiantes (se labora de Lunes a viernes con 2 sabados al mes y algunos domingos)
Condiciones
- Contrato a termino indefinido directo con la empresa
- Se labora de Lunes a viernes con 2 sabados al mes y algunos domingos
- Salario: $1.423.500 + $200.000 aux.
transporte + $280.000 no constitutivos al salario (1,903,500)
- Póliza de vida y pacto colectivo de trabajo
- Capacitaciones 100% pagas
- Horario rotativo en la franja de 6am a 9pm (se manejan 2 turnos)
FUNCIONES
- Brindar soporte técnico, de gestión a plataformas e información documental (lectura de planos y de infraestructura de red) acordes a las necesidades del
personal.
- Ingresar en el sistema de gestión del cliente, para revisar la programación para el día siguiente según las zonas asignadas por el cliente para realizar trabajos.
- Hacer seguimiento de la programación asignada de cada cuadrilla y verificar que se cumpla de acuerdo con los niveles de servicio.
