Queremos contar con un/a Administrativo/a Customer Experience para nuestro departamento de Business Assurance.

Tus Funciones Ser e1n Las Siguientes

  • Facturaci f3n:
    • Emisi f3n, revisi f3n y env edo de la factura seg fan los procedimientos y plazos establecidos
    • Control y revisi f3n de facturas pendientes de pago
    • Coordinaci f3n con los/as jefes de cuenta y comerciales para asegurar la correcta facturaci f3n de los servicios
  • Gesti f3n con proveedores:
    • Mantenimiento y actualizaci f3n de BBDD proveedores
    • Facturaci f3n y liquidaciones de proveedores
    • Realizaci f3n de respuestas de transferencia
    • Alta proveedores en sistemas corporativos
    • Realizaci f3n de seguimiento de aprobaciones internas, estados de cobro y documentaci f3n de respaldo
  • Participaci f3n en la mejora continua de procesos administrativos y herramientas digitales del e1rea
  • Realizaci f3n de reportes peri f3dicos de facturaci f3n y colaborar en auditor edas internas o externas cuando sea requerido
  • Apoyo en tareas administrativas del a e1rea (compra de mercanc eda, elaboraci f3n de ofertas, …)

Requisitos

  • Ciclo Formativo o Grado en Administraci f3n, Contabilidad o afines.

  • M ednimo 1-2 a f1os en funciones administrativas y/o de facturaci f3n.
