A leading company is looking for a highly motivated Administrative and Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities:
Client Support & Scheduling
Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, or
scheduling software
Send appointment reminders (calls, texts, or emails)
Greet patients virtually and ensure smooth check-in processes
Provide a welcoming virtual experience for clients
Communication & Documentation
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team
member
Welcome and assist clients and visitors via phone
Create, update, and manage documents using Microsoft Office
Ensure all consent forms and letters are current and accessible and
signed
Administrative Support
Perform general clerical duties: emailing and digital filing
Provide administrative support to all staff members
Assist with onboarding and training of new personnel
Insurance & Accounting Support
Verify insurance coverage and update client records
Maintain accurate insurance information and validation
Enter data into practice management systems
Update insurance claims and investigate discrepancies
Other Duties
Complete additional tasks as assigned to support practice
operations
Requirements:
Medical assistance experience is a plus
English Level C1+
Customer service experience
Basic administrative tasks
