Our Administrative Assistants work full time, exclusively for one US‑based client.
We look for dynamic, self‑motivated, and adaptable professionals who are experienced in this area.
The ideal candidate is passionate, highly organized, proactive, detail‑oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.
General Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Manage email and inboxes, responding promptly and professionally.
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and filing documents.
- Provide on‑demand support for various business tasks.
- Conduct research and gather information.
- Track and manage business‑related expense budgets.
- Research and recommend new tools and systems to improve efficiency.
- Assist with database and record management.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, written and verbal (C1 level or higher), with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
Real Estate is a plus.
- College Degree in General Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and technologies in general.
- Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
Schedule
- Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
A daily 1‑hour lunch break is included.
- PST (Pacific Standard Time): 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM COT).
- Payment: $1,200 USD monthly for months 1‑3, $1,400 USD monthly for months 4‑12, $1,600 USD monthly for months 13‑24.
- 10 days of paid time off (PTO) earned after 12 months.
