Position Overview
Job Title: Administrative Assistant I
Objective: Provide administrative and operational support to the team, ensuring smooth daily operations and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Coordinate office operations: facilities, contracts, asset tracking, corporate card controls.
Work closely with Legal, Finance, Travel, and other internal teams to facilitate processes.
Handle general communications and respond to inquiries.
Draft memos, prepare presentations, and generate reports.
Support budget development and expense tracking.
Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.
Organize internal/external meetings and events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work across multiple systems.
Fluency in both Spanish and English – verbal and written.
Discretion, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with standard administrative processes and support tools.

Candidates must demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
The role requires the ability to influence local stakeholders in decisions such as selecting office locations, choosing mobile and travel providers, and supporting legal and finance procedures under the authority of Autodesk's legal representative in Colombia.
