Key Responsibilities:
Supervise administrative operations and implement efficient internal procedures.
Manage HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and compliance with Colombian labor legislation.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement HR policies that foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
Lead internal communications and support conflict resolution.
Oversee contracts, legal documentation, and support financial resource management.
Align HR strategies with the company's overall business objectives.
