Job description

esponsabilidades:

  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de importaciones: contacto con proveedores, trámites aduaneros, coordinación logística y control de calidad, asumiendo la responsabilidad de que cada importación llegue a salvo a la empresa.

  • Proporcionar un espacio de trabajo digno para el equipo, basado en el respeto, la disciplina y la construcción de un ambiente laboral positivo.

  • Velar por el bienestar y la estabilidad del equipo humano a su cargo, incluyendo la gestión de cumpleaños, celebraciones y actividades de activación que fomenten la motivación y el sentido de pertenencia.

  • Supervisar al personal en sus tareas diarias, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, productividad y ética establecidos por la empresa.

  • Evaluar y verificar costos de productos e insumos, proponiendo ajustes que optimicen la eficiencia operativa y financiera.

  • Presentar cotizaciones para compras, servicios o proyectos, garantizando su análisis, aprobación y posterior cumplimiento.

    Velar porque las ejecuciones se mantengan dentro de los presupuestos aprobados, evitando desviaciones financieras no autorizadas.

  • Realizar compras de insumos y coordinar la logística de producciones tanto nacionales como internacionales.

  • Visitar talleres externos para supervisar estándares de calidad y el cumplimiento de los lineamientos de producción de la marca.

  • Verificar inventarios físicos y digitales, asegurando su correcta actualización en las plataformas contables, CMRs, Marketplace y proveedores logísticos.

  • Administrar pagos a proveedores y archivar documentación de manera ordenada y segura.

  • Generar informes de gestión y de cierre periódicos para la gerencia, incluyendo indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs).

  • Ser la responsable de la apertura y cierre de las oficinas de Conqueror, asegurando que las instalaciones estén disponibles para el ingreso y salida del equipo de trabajo, verificando el adecuado estado de los espacios, equipos y sistemas de seguridad al inicio y final de cada jornada laboral.

    Esta función implica velar por la integridad de las instalaciones y garantizar que todos los procedimientos de cierre se cumplan conforme a las políticas de la empresa.

  • Cuando haga falta personal por contingencia deberá realizar atención al cliente y gestionar de manera eficiente las PQR (preguntas, quejas y reclamos) relacionadas con la logística de despachos, asegurando respuestas oportunas, soluciones efectivas y el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y servicio establecidos por la empresa.

  • Formación académica: Técnica, tecnológica o profesional en áreas administrativas, comercio exterior, logística o afines.

  • Habilidades: Liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, gestión del tiempo, atención al detalle y orientación al servicio.
