Accounts Receivable Analyst (Remote)
Join KLDiscovery, one of the largest national eDiscovery providers, as an Accounts Receivable Analyst supporting our Client Shared Services Team.
What You Will Do
- Manage and maintain a clean and accurate portfolio aging that reflects the true statuses of invoice submissions and unpaid reasons, and ensure that any outstanding invoices are owed and collectible for payment.
- Submit all invoices within portfolio monthly via email or e‑billing portal accurately and in a timely manner.
- Proactively communicate with customers within portfolio to facilitate speedy payment, and work with customers to initiate the most streamlined payment process possible.
- Ensure prompt responsiveness to all internal and external requests and questions.
- Work directly with customers, Project Managers, Billing Specialists, and Sales Representatives to settle/troubleshoot client issues.
- Utilize a variety of tools/platforms (Oracle, Salesforce, Outlook) to efficiently manage account portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend regular meetings with direct team and team lead to discuss strategy and productivity.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to effectively support customer needs.
What You Will Bring To The Role
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exposure to Legal or eDiscovery industry preferred but not required.
- Solid interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities.
- Ability to effectively communicate with business leaders, clients, internal stakeholders.
- Collaboration skills with cross‑departmental representatives.
- Advanced time management and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills utilizing various software applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
- Experience with e‑billing portals a plus.
- Experience working with Salesforce or CRM system a plus.
- Sales experience would be a plus.

Individual compensation will vary, although a reasonable estimate of the current annualized base pay range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000.
