Job Description
As the Team Leader for AtR, you will lead and coordinate a team responsible for managing all accounting and financial reporting activities.
You will oversee monthly closings, prepare financial statements, and drive process improvements.
Accountable for leading the AtR process, ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports for Atlas Copco entities within the assigned regional scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of accountants to deliver financial statements and management reports for multiple entities in line with Group standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions in compliance with Group policies.
- Manage the monthly closing process and ensure timely submission of consolidated financial statements.
- Support annual audits and local financial statement reviews.
- Provide professional accounting and reporting support to business controllers, local entities, and holdings.
- Optimize efficiency and quality of daily accounting tasks.
- Propose improvements to standard and non-standard processes, leveraging new technologies.
- Deliver high-quality service to internal stakeholders, aligned with service level agreements.
- Contribute to compliance and internal control over accounting, tax, and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting.
- Specialization in Taxes, IFRS, Finance, or related fields is desirable.
- Experience in accounting, auditing, IFRS reporting.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, general accounting, and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting systems and hands-on transaction recording (not auditing).
- English proficiency: min B2 – C1.
