Descripción del Rol:

Estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Account Manager con enfoque en el sector Banca y Seguros , apasionado(a) por la venta consultiva de soluciones tecnológicas.

Esta posición estratégica tiene como objetivo la apertura de nuevas cuentas , liderando procesos comerciales con un enfoque hunter, orientado al desarrollo de negocios en el ámbito de la transformación digital, desarrollo de software y consultoría IT .

  • Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el sector financiero y asegurador.

  • Liderar el ciclo completo de venta consultiva, desde la prospección hasta el cierre.

  • Establecer relaciones estratégicas con tomadores de decisión (C-Level) y áreas de tecnología.

  • Trabajar de la mano con equipos técnicos para proponer soluciones personalizadas de alto valor.

  • Cumplimiento de metas comerciales alineadas con el crecimiento regional.

  • Reporte y seguimiento en CRM de oportunidades y pipeline.

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.

  • +5 años de experiencia comprobable en roles comerciales como hunter en venta de soluciones IT.

  • Sólida comprensión de los desafíos tecnológicos del sector bancario y asegurador.

  • Experiencia en venta de servicios de transformación digital, desarrollo de software y consultoría tecnológica .

  • Habilidad para comunicarse efectivamente con stakeholders técnicos y de negocio.

  • Autonomía, alta orientación a resultados y fuerte visión estratégica.

Horario de lunes a viernes.
