If you've got a background in marketing, that's a big bonus
What You´ll Be Handling:
- Serve as the main point of contact for multiple clients — you'll build trust, set expectations, and keep things flowing
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and project milestones like a total pro
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client goals are being hit (and exceeded)
- Keep CRMs updated and organized (because if it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen )
- Communicate clearly in both directions: translating client needs to the team, and vice versa
- Anticipate roadblocks and proactively offer solutions
- Be the calm, cool, collected voice in high-stakes moments
What We´re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or similar roles
- Fluent, professional-level English (spoken + written — you can lead meetings and write clear emails)
- Excellent communication and people skills — you know how to keep things professional

- Strong time management and multitasking skills
