Resumen del Puesto

El Account Manager es responsable de la retención, el desarrollo estratégico y la gestión de cuentas asignadas, asegurando un excelente soporte al cliente y al empleado.

Este rol implica liderazgo en la resolución de problemas, atención al cliente y cumplimiento de procesos.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Relaciones con Proveedores: Monitorear y asegurar el cumplimiento de las relaciones con proveedores preferidos.

  • Gestión de Cuentas:
    • Responsable de las relaciones con los clientes y la entrega de productos.

    • Proporcionar orientación estratégica y táctica para el desarrollo y retención de cuentas.

    • Conducir reuniones regulares con clientes y revisiones anuales.

  • Gestión de Presupuesto:
    • Alertar sobre posibles variaciones en los presupuestos y realizar revisiones mensuales y anuales.

  • Apoyo al Liderazgo:
    • Gestionar y desarrollar equipos de trabajo, ofreciendo capacitación y dirección clara.

  • Gestión de Proyectos:
    • Asegurar la consistencia en la entrega y calidad de productos y servicios.

  • Reportes y Tecnología:
    • Establecer requisitos de informes específicos del cliente y analizar tendencias.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 8 años en incentivos, planificación de eventos o gestión de programas.

  • Al menos 5 años en gestión de cuentas o clientes y en la construcción y gestión de presupuestos.

  • Habilidades sólidas de comunicación, organización y resolución de problemas.

  • Proficiencia en Microsoft Office y disponibilidad para viajar.

  • Manejo de inglés conversacional.

Educación

  • Se prefiere título universitario y certificaciones como CMP o CMM.
