Account Manager CX
para liderar la estrategia y operación de campañas, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos financieros y de calidad, y contribuyendo al crecimiento sostenible del negocio.

El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia liderando operaciones de contact center, manejo de KPIs y relación directa con clientes corporativos de alto nivel.

El TOP Team busca a alguien con:

  • Experiencia diseñando y ejecutando estrategias que mejoren la rentabilidad, productividad y eficiencia de la operación.

  • Habilidad para elaborar presupuestos anuales, análisis financieros y reportes operativos.

  • Experiencia supervisando la operación diaria de un contact center, asegurando el cumplimiento de KPIs (CSAT, ESAT, KSAT).

  • Capacidad para participar activamente en políticas, procedimientos, proyectos de mejora continua (PSP, LSS) y reuniones con clientes.

  • Conocimientos en la implementación de iniciativas de optimización de procesos y mejoras operativas.

  • Liderazgo para guiar equipos de ACCM y garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas y estándares de TP.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia como ACCM de Operaciones de Call Center o en
    posiciones similares
