We are seeking an Account Manager in the CRO division to help clients achieve growth objectives through seamless execution of growth ideas, high-quality work, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.

    Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to gather feedback and provide updates.

  • Project Oversight: Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to align with client goals and agency standards.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.

  • Communication: Clearly convey project status, updates, and recommendations to clients and internal teams; address client concerns proactively.

  • AI Utilization: Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.

  • Nova Ecosystem: Leverage Power Digital s Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

  • 1-3+ years of experience in account management within a marketing agency environment.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and advertising concepts.

  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., ClickUp, Basecamp, Asana).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior team members.

  • Proficiency with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.

  • Problem-solving skills with critical and strategic thinking.

  • Strong client-facing skills and relationship-building abilities.

  • English proficiency: B2 minimum.

  • Client Relationship: Maintain ongoing client and internal team updates.

  • Resource Management: Coordinate resources to meet project needs.
