Proven experience working in outsourcing companiesAdvanced English (at least C1 level) for communicationPrior experience as an Account Manager, Project Coordinator, HR Leader, or Recruitment Team Lead within an outsourcing environmentStrong foundation in HR management or recruitment processes is highly valuedAbility to work independently, with minimal supervisionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with people management activities, including recruitment and team developmentAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment Would be a plus

Collaborate with the Head of Operations, Project Managers, and Resource Managers to ensure seamless project delivery and optimal team performanceFacilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendorsCoordinate meetings and workshops, prepare presentations, and document key decisions and actionsBuild, maintain, and nurture long-term trust-based relationships with CustomersIdentify clients’ complementary and supplementary needs, providing valuable offers and solutionsOversee team motivation and engagement, conducting face-to-face meetings and coaching team members on people-related mattersSupport performance reviews, career roadmaps, and team development initiativesDefine, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying deviations and implementing corrective measuresParticipate in process improvement activities and contribute to the development of best practices in project managementTrack financial metrics and enhance results through effective project management and strategic alignment with upper management
