Job description
The Account Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of both clients and independent professionals employed through Amaris Consulting .
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and independents, providing support and resolving issues they may face.
- Onboard new clients and employees, ensuring understanding of services, processes, and the benefits of wage portage.
- Provide guidance and support to new employees in administrative, legal, and financial aspects related to their employment status.
- Oversee the preparation and management of contracts between new employees and clients, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve disputes between employees, clients, and Amaris in a timely and effective manner and implement preventive measures to reduce disputes.
- Monitor and improve service quality by gathering feedback from clients and employees and implementing improvement initiatives.
- Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on changes, developments, or issues that may affect them.
- Prepare and present reports on account status, challenges faced, and solutions implemented to management.
- Offer resources and support for the professional development of employees, including access to training and networking opportunities; encourage knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor laws, and market conditions to anticipate needs and guide strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any relevant field
- Min 3-4 years of experience in customer services or a similar role is highly beneficial
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and well-organized
- Spanish and English language proficiency
- Ability to work independently; strong problem solving; analytics and reporting
- Mastery of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) is a plus for day-to-day productivity
