Principales responsabilidades:

  • Tras una formación intensiva sobre los productos, la bioseguridad y nuestro enfoque de la granja a la mesa en la producción animal, serás responsable de las ventas y las ventas técnicas de una lista de clientes y distribuidores en España.

  • Gestionar el presupuesto de ventas del negocio de porcino y avicultura o Pig & Poultry (P&P), con empuje y compromiso para lograr un crecimiento ambicioso.

  • Mejora de las competencias de los equipos de ventas de nuestros socios locales: mediante formación profesional y visitas sobre el terreno a cuentas clave.

  • Asistencia técnica: responder a todo tipo de preguntas técnicas relacionadas con nuestros productos y la bioseguridad, proponiendo soluciones (con el apoyo de los equipos de Asistencia Técnica Global de Sanidad Animal y Gestión de Productos).

  • Trabajar con las distintas partes interesadas de granjas de producción y otras empresas para garantizar que los protocolos de bioseguridad estén bien diseñados y se ejecuten correctamente.

  • Crear y ejecutar la estrategia de salida al mercado/comercial para el negocio de P&P en España, junto con el responsable de ventas.

  • Crear y ejecutar proyectos de creación de valor dentro de los clientes de P&P.

  • Orientación comercial, como seguimiento de precios y pedidos.

  • Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los socios del territorio.

  • Reportarás al Divisional Manager Animal Health Iberia.

Requisitos mínimos:

  • Dominio del español y del inglés valorable.

  • Conocimiento profundo de la producción animal
  • Mínimo licenciatura en veterinaria, agronomía o campos similares.

  • Experiencia laboral mínima de 5 años en el sector de la producción animal/ganadería.

  • Ser una persona dinámica y emprendedora.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar el 80% de su tiempo en su territorio.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar y permanecer en otras zonas cuando sea necesario.

  • El puesto permite una ubicación flexible dentro de España.

  • Conocimientos específicos en avicultura y/o porcino.

  • Experiencia en la industria porcina y/o avícola y experiencia en bioseguridad.

  • Se valorarán los conocimientos de catalán
