Position : Account Executive, Buyside
Location : Remote
Working Hours : 8AM-5PM EST, Monday-Friday
Reports to : Manager, Buyside
Type of Contract : Independent Contractor
Salary : $2500/month base + OTE commission

About The Role
This fully remote Account Executive position focuses on driving growth with new buyside customers by executing established outbound sales motions and managing an inbound pipeline of core ICP buyers.
Success is driven by mastery of the product, persuasive communication, and high-quality pipeline execution.
You’ll be trained, supported, and coached to maximize your performance across all aspects of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and convert new buyside members through outbound outreach
- Manage inbound sales funnel for core ICP buyers
- Master the platform’s product suite and sales talk tracks to drive trust and value with prospects
- Engage with senior financial professionals, primarily in the U.S. private equity and M&A sectors
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to deliver feedback on lead quality and funnel performance
- Serve as a thoughtful voice representing member needs and contributing to internal product improvement discussions
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of B2B sales or account management experience (ideally 8 years)
- Strong experience selling into financial services, private equity, or investment banking
- Proven success in a quota-carrying role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Charismatic, persuasive, and capable of engaging senior financial decision-makers
- Proficient with sales methodologies, CRM usage, and pipeline management (Salesforce preferred)
- Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and organized
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Comfortable with SaaS and success fee-based business models
- Bonus: Understanding of financial services compliance and M&A terminology
