Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly driven Account Executive with a hunter mindset to expand our freight business.

If you thrive on closing deals, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new shippers and logistics partners.

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive new account acquisition, negotiate contracts, and exceed sales targets.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships and provide tailored freight solutions.

  • Market & Competitive Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends to maximize opportunities.

  • Freight Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless shipment execution.

What You Need to Succeed

Education : Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.

A postgraduate degree in Logistics (completed or in progress) is a big plus.

Experience : 5+ years in sales, preferably in the logistics and ground transportation sector within the North American market.

Industry background : Strong track record in logistics and transportation.

Tools & Tech : Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn).
