Salesforce Integrator and Support Specialist

Este es un puesto de trabajo remoto.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third‑party applications (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, and customer support systems).

  • Provide day‑to‑day Salesforce user support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

  • Monitor system performance, proactively identify issues, and recommend improvements.

  • Manage data imports, exports, and cleansing to maintain data integrity.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

  • Assist in testing and deploying new Salesforce features, updates, and integrations.

  • Conduct end‑user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system use and adoption.

  • Communicate with internal teams to align Salesforce operations with business needs.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience working with Salesforce, including integrations and support.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and data models.

  • Experience with integration tools such as Zapier, MuleSoft, Workato, or similar platforms.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration (user setup, profiles, roles, workflows, reports, dashboards).

  • Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Integration Architecture Designer) are a plus.
