We are seeking an experienced Lead Fullstack Developer to join our growing team in LATAM.
As a Lead Technical Consultant , you will be responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including estimation, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of applications developed for our clients.
Working within a collaborative team environment, you will take technical direction from Solution Architects and other team leads to drive development activities and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities
- Participate in technical planning, estimation, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation for complex client‑facing web applications.
- Lead backend development using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core, emphasizing scalable architecture, maintainable code, and secure service design.
- Build and support modern frontend experiences using React and TypeScript, partnering with UX and design teams to deliver responsive, accessible interfaces.
- Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices that integrate reliably across frontend, backend, and external systems.
- Work with relational and non‑relational data stores such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB to ensure efficient data access and performance.
- Contribute to modern delivery practices including Docker, CI/CD automation, testing strategy, and deployments across cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, delivery leads, and distributed engineering teams to align technical execution with client outcomes and project constraints.
- Apply strong debugging and investigative skills to analyze logs, resolve production issues, and continuously improve application quality and performance.
- Bring curiosity toward AI‑assisted development, including practical exposure to tools such as Cursor or Claude, when useful to improve delivery speed or quality.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of full‑stack software development experience in production environments.
- Expert‑level proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core for backend development.
- Strong hands‑on experience building frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
- Proven experience designing and integrating REST APIs and microservices.
- Solid experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and object‑oriented design principles including SOLID and common design patterns.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL Server and comfort working with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Practical experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and at least one cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills in complex production environments.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery models and collaborating across distributed teams.
- Strong communication skills and a self‑starter mindset suited to consulting and client‑facing delivery environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, Redux, RxJS, or other state‑management patterns.
- Exposure to AI‑assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude in day‑to‑day engineering workflows.
- Cloud certifications or formal cloud architecture training aligned to Azure or AWS.
- Experience leading technical discussions, mentoring engineers, or shaping implementation standards in consulting projects.
